Role Summary
We are seeking a licensed LPC-MH with strong clinical skill, empathy, and professionalism. This role provides the opportunity to deliver outpatient psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, families, and/or couples depending on your interest and specialties. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, confident in therapeutic decision-making, and committed to ethical, high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities.

Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and integrative care approaches.

Participate in supervision and/or case consultation as required by credentialing and professional standards.

Engage in ongoing clinical learning and professional development.

Maintain professional boundaries and uphold all ethical and legal standards of practice.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field.

Active LPC-MH license in South Dakota.

Clinical experience in outpatient mental health preferred.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
